Refund policy

FREE RETURNS POLICY (US ONLY)

We offer a 14-day return policy. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are:

- shipped after the 14-day grace period
- worn
- altered
- washed or damaged in any way.


All tags must be fully attached at the time of return.

HYGIENE NOTE: WE KINDLY ASK TO PLEASE TRY ON OUR SWIMWEAR ON A CLEAN BODY TO PROTECT THE GARMENT FOR ANY STAINS OF OILS, LOTIONS, PERFUMES, ETC.

DUE TO THE HIGH QUALITY FABRICS USED FOR OUR GARMENTS WE ARE CHOOSING TO REMOVE THE BOTTOM SEALED PROTECTION ONCE USED TO KEEP PROTECTED, SO PLEASE KEEP SPECIAL ATTENTION ON BOTTOMS FOR HYGIENE PURPOSE.

We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

SALE items are FINAL SALE and only eligible for store credit. No refunds, no exceptions.

So De Mel  is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather or any other disasters.

So De Mel  does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled prior to being scanned at our shipping services, UPS, FEDEX, USPS.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements at So De Mel's sole discretion.

FREE EXCHANGES

Exchanges free of charge for the other styles or sizes are permitted within 30 days of purchase for local Continental US purchases only. For International orders, the client will be responsible for the shipping costs.

After you have processed your exchange request, and as soon as the return parcel is scanned at our shipping facility, you will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your online credit.

Always remember, we are here to guide you in finding the best fit for your body shape, so don't hesitate to reach us anytime.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
